Our Multi-Step Water Damage Procedure:
  • Find out extent of water damage
  • Move furniture
  • Extract excess water and disinfect, mildicide
  • Disengage carpet and remove pad (optional), remove sheetrock and baseboard (optional
  • Set up carpet drying fans and dehumidifiers (optional
  • With customer go over what was done and needs to be done
  • Monitor drying
  • Install new pad and install saved carpet (optional)
  • Clean carpet (optional)
  • Bill insurance for customer
