When we moved in the previous owner told us she had scrubbed the tile and grout by hand. The rest of the house looked great so I assumed the tile was as clean as it could be. I was so wrong!!! The tile is actually a beautiful cream color instead of a graying brown and the grout between the white tile in the kitchen is actually white!! My tile is very rough and has lots of bumps and crevices and A Striking Image did a great job!! I cannot say enough good things enough about this company. Highly recommended!!?

I had some pretty tough tile to clean -- lots of crevices and rough edges. It looks great. I found a couple spots that were missed and they came back and redid some areas, no questions asked, to make sure we were more than satisfied. The tile looks great and the grout is nice and clean and sealed. The carpet looks wonderful -- traffic patterns don't even show. We are very happy with them and would use them again.?

I was impressed with this vendors service due to the fact they were able to eliminate the urine odor from my sisters dog that was visiting in my apartment. I recommend this vendor to anyone who wants a reliable vendor in fulfilling their service. And the charge is reasonable!
